6th Grade Dental Care

6th Graders, sign up for Dental care that will be provided by the Beloit Community Health Clinic. This free service is to ensure that all 2nd-6th grade students will receive dental examinations, sealants, and treatments. In addition, a dentist will provide further treatments-filling of cavities, pulling teeth, and other dental procedures. This is free, onsite dental care three times per week beginning in October through May at Aldrich Middle School.

Guided Classes

You will recognize the improvements that have been made at Aldrich Middle School beginning with new Language Arts and Math curriculum, 8 period day and 46 minute classes. All students will have two Math and Reading classes on their schedule.

Our goal is to improve each child’s learning with high quality instruction so eah child attains a high level of academic achievement. . Students needing to improve their skills have co-taught teachers in Language Arts and Math Challenge classes will be taught in each house. Students with Challenge Language Arts, Algebra or Geometry have Guided Reading or Math class with enrichment activities.

Additional changes include free breakfast for all students. 6th Grade breakfast will be served in all 6th grade classrooms at 7:45 AM. 7th and 8th grade breakfast begins at 7:15 AM in the Cafeteria. Breakfast closes at 7:53 AM when 7th & 8th grade students will go to their 1st period class. Students are expected to be on time and participate in AM breakfast.
