Guidance

Every week we meet with Mrs. H. So far we have learned:
No one should touch us in our private areas (our swimsuit areas)
If someone tries to touch us in private areas, we should:
1. Say stop
2. run away
3. tell a grown up
We also learned that we should not keep a bad secret, and discussed what bad secrets are.
Now, we are discussing our feelings! We have gone over surprised, sad, angry, disgusted, and happy.

There have been a few changes to our class schedule, including some grammar and spelling corrections :) Thank you for letting me know when you find them. :) Please look through the new schedule, and let me know if you have any questions!

September 20

Today is our 13th day of school aready! We started MAPS testing today! There is a note coming home in the red folders about it, and you also have some information in your kindergarten folder that I sent home. We have learned the letters and sounds of: s, a, t, i, p, n, c, k, e, h, r, and m. Look for these letters, say the name, and the sound! That is how we learn them! Today was also our second lesson in guidance. I will be posting later about guidance lessons!
